2018 CANM Artist-in-Residence

Lanny Wagner has been named Canyons of the Ancients National Monument Artist-in-Residence! You might recognize Lanny and his work. Since retiring as a BLM Law Enforcement Officer (over 20 years here on CANM!), Lanny has been pursuing his great love of landscape photography. He has created an inventory of Wilderness Study Areas within SW Colorado, been Artist-in-Residence at El Malpais National Monument, and has completed night photography of Hovenweep National Monument. Lanny and fellow photographer Steve Martin teach Road Scholar Programs in photography at nearby Kelly Place B&B.
